The patient is tolerate well ,
but my interview skill is sucks .
Summore ,
the diagnosis , objective , nursing intervention & evaluation ,
lagi sucks .
I have no eyes to see my results .

Imma so stress and nervous for my RA tomorrow .
I post at my facebook , my friends dropped comments .
My brother noticed , he comfort me with some funny words =) .
Maybe he's not understand about what i'm going to do ,
he just knew that , tomorrow is an important day for me .
I'm so touched to hear the comfort from him ,
although it is not a good suggestions for me =) .

I'm going to have my RA (Running Assessment) tomorrow .
My tutor will choose 1 patient for me ,
and i'm going to interview that patient .
We all having the RA form ,
so that we've some ideas of what should we ask .
But we cannot interview the patient by open & close questions .
We have to talk more to our patient ,
must know very well of the patient .
After the interview , gonna back to college ,
fill in the form , write 4 diagnosis of patient ,
1 objective for 1 diagnosis ,
6-8 nursing intervention for 1 diagnosis &
1 conclusion for 1 diagnosis .
1 hour time to write all the things .
I'm not good in coming out diagnosis ,
summore we have to write 4 diagnosis , omg !

My brother suggested me to ask :
1) Ask the patient whether can he/she die or not ?!
2) Ask the patient whether he/she got money pay for the bill or not ?!
Hahaha ! What la , bro ! Funny la weii , LOL
Suddenly felt like miss him so much ♥

end of the month he's not following my parents come & visit me =( .
